Out of 100 packages delivered, only two went to the lockers. All over delivery drivers would rather walk up to the 3rd floor and deliver than mess with this garbage locker system. The two packages that made it into lockers, I never got any notification about them

Cannot login. Gives error stating wrong email or password...both are correct based off what i entered at signup. Says account has been verified when i try to sign up again. Instructions i received indicate an email should be sent. Over 12 hours and i have not received and email. Should it take that long?

Has to be a scam lol, my apartment "uses" this and told me to download it. The app literally won't open, it just closes/crashes itself. I went to the box itself at my complex and if you touch the screen, it says it lost Internet and needs to restart ... over and over again. Just talk to your apartment complex before downloading this, it's probably a waste of your time.
