(short story)Lost my account because of a game bug.(long story) When you try to change account and create new one in same server, then you try to change it back, you cant, because game says it's the only one account you have. Created another, now sometimes its possible to change between those 2, sometimes not. So now i have few new accounts, and lost old one. Wrote to support in game, but you are worth attention only if you leave 1 star review. Im done with this game.

Good game . Good for free to play players also. Good ways to get gems and even though it's an idle game theres plenty to do. However, the chat system is terrible. Even in world chat it's dead. My guild never speak . People never return mail it's just bad. It should have a chat bar at top of screen . To be seen at all times . They just need to make the game a bit more user friendly. Dont let my rant put you off. It is cool and some great heroes with cool moves etc. Give it a try !

I think the game has a severely balance problem. I've been playing for quite some days now, at first I likes the game a lot plenty of characters and for an idle game quite enough activities for you to be entertained everytime you check on the game. However the big issue with the game for me is the multiple currencies there are on the game and how randomized and even unbalanced they are to obtain. Every section of the game has its own currency which you can pretty much use for the same purposes, only difference tends to be the way you obtain these currencies. It's mostly through winning missions which sounds fair and dandy until you get to around level 45 and the phasing of the game severely slows, it gets very difficult to defeat enemies even with higher level heroes. I've been stuck on the same levels for almost two days now and even tho my characters are almost ten levels ahead I still cant win. This is the moment when you start to suspect the game may be pay to win. Except it really isn't, you can only buy gems with real money. And in fact I purchased a subscription to this game which gives me a generous amount of gems everyday. The problem is that with how arbitrary the distribution of in game currencies is and most importantly with how little it scales up as you progress through the game. This makes the game feel not like pay to win but pay for a very very slim chance of maybe perhaps winning. I can tell by the amount of maps ahead of me that I'm still very early in the game but if progress slows down so quickly after you start playing I'm not surprised that most high level players on the leaderboard are about LVL 6X. I've been stuck since LVL 45 and even tho I've got to 58 through grinding I really don't see myself being entertained from much longer if they don't balance out the scaling with which you get currencies. I don't mind paying a bit to make the game easier but this is so unbalanced that you just pay for a chance for the game to be easier.
