Ratings and reviews

This app has a lot of potential but it lacks reliability and consistency. Sometimes it continuously updates positioning and sometimes it doesn't. Used to give notifications but they stopped after an update. When it updates you dont get a heads up and it kicks you out....so you can't rely on notifications when they do work. The alert area is too small - when the app sees the bus in my alert area, its already past my house. And it doesn't work on half days when it would be the most helpful...

Update: having issues with a sudden bus time change and now the app stops working. I can't even track the bus now. This system doesnt work. The cards are not reading each time. When they do read the system isnt sending any messages to the app. Last yr the cards worked to send a message they were on or off the bus. Map tracking the bus has never worked. This yr nothing works. $3 for each zonar badges for 3 kids is bs when the system doesnt work at all. Do not depend on this app. It is worthless.

I wish our district would go back to the old app. This one does not update, the personal zone alert has never really worked, get messaged five or six times about the bus being back at the school. If you need to leave the app for anything, close it down fully, it doesn't work again when you go back to it. Untethered savvy, stay away! If you say "real time" it should be updating more frequently; watched as the app said the bus was still over a 2 miles from bus stop, there's the bus in front of me

What’s new

References to the word ‘bus’ replaced with the word ‘route’ to better indicate that parents are picking routes and not the actual buses assigned to routes.
Option to sign-up for SMS ridership notifications is removed as this feature is no longer supported.
