Terrible! Lovely hotel staff gave us a promo to use, downloaded app, went to unlock a bike and nothing connected, spent 35mins trying to connect and unlock a bike, we tried all 7 bikes multiple times, only thing we got out of this was multiple 2 minute rentals, with the bike still locked.

We apologize for the inconvenience. After further research, it seems the Hotel’s internet at the system is down and therefore there is no communicate to the bikes. As we rely on the Hotels internet for the functionality of the system, there is nothing further we can do until it is back up. We have notified the Hotel.

App is slow and clunky, bike was terrible. We got these included with our hotel but they didn't really tell us anything about it, and I learned halfway through the ride that it's supposed to be an e-bike and have an assisstive motor. Mine didn't work, it was just a heavy bike that resisted your pedaling and made it harder to use

Had to download this app to use an eBike that was supposed to be included with the resort fee at Estancia LA Jolla. Unfortunately, the app thought I was outside the USA, even after allowing it access to my live location. The app wouldn't let me use the bike. Waste of time and effort. And now the app has my credit card information. Not worth it.
