The free companion app for the amSel sales and service platform

The amSel app offers you an easy introduction to the digitalization of your processes:

• Default configuration provided that you can easily customize and extend.
• You can use the preset branding or simply adapt it to your corporate design.
• You can create the users yourself in just a few steps.
• You can import the master data of your customers, contacts and products via Excel Import.
• The help function guides you through the entire app and gives you assistance wherever you are.

These are just a few features that make the app so easy and efficient:

Central document management
• Central administration and control allows you to quickly and easily put documents into circulation or take them out again. This means that all users are up to date with the same information.

Flexible form system
• In the form system, you can easily and quickly create templates for various reports to capture data, adapted to your needs and processes, without any special prior knowledge (examples: extensive conversation protocols such as annual meetings, service reports, surveys).

Simple user management
• You can create or deactivate users quickly and easily. When you create users, you assign them roles and groups in the system that are associated with authorizations, e.g. the authorization to manage documents or forms.

CRM+
• You can quickly and easily create and customize the views and the fields used for them yourself.
• You can upload files from customers and customer contacts, e.g. contracts or images.
• If there are changes, for example in the area assignment, you can change any number of customer master data records with just a few clicks.
