Ratings and reviews

Most of the time, I can't even get the app to finish loading. Just sits there, loading... Also, the IFTTT integration doesn't work well if you have more than 1 garage door with BeamUp. For example, I can select either sure to close at 9pm, but not both. I can't even duplicate the rule (unless I go through IFTTTs interface). No Google home support. Would be sweat if it could use my phone's location and Bluetooth sensing to know which car I'm in and which garage door to open/close.

app stopped working and I can't sign in also is not working on my son's iPhone neither my wife's Samsung got new opener for the garage and is not communicating with the app tried to setup 10 times is showing green afterwards like is connected to my wifi but still can't control with the app saying controller not found it was working previously with the old opener and controller but I can't sync the new one,. Update I'm giving 5 stars for the support tech especially the guy named Jose that called

1. It CONSTANTLY errors for no reason. "Your contoler has been disabled due to too many failed closes. To re-enable, plz close the door using the wall control." But there's been NO fails. 2. Now, the app stopped working. U open the app & it just spins. So u gotta delete, reinstall, & set it up again from the beginning. 3. Buy stock in Duracell, cuz you change batteries weekly. Its not a 'searching for signal' issue either, as 1 of our wifi hubs is 5 ft away. Door = great. App = TOTAL GARBAGE!
