About this app

The Digital Construction Object Book application is intended for maintaining a building object book in a digital form (C-KOB).
The Digital Construction Facility Book (C-KOB) is created by the owner/manager or a person authorized to represent the owner/manager or a person authorized to represent the owner/manager of a building facility, after creating an account in the system, without the participation of public administration bodies.
The C-KOB application is available for free and general use. The recipients of the services are:
• representatives of construction supervision authorities (PINB, WINB, GINB);
• representatives of services such as: Police, State Fire Service, prosecutor's office, sanitary inspection, protection of monuments, etc.;
• owners/managers or persons authorized to represent owners/managers of construction facilities (WZ);
• persons authorized to run a given KOB (UPK),
• persons carrying out inspections of a given building facility (OPK).
