Can't even register, app crashes. Seems dead anyways seeing as how nobody gets support

Doesn't work.. Gives error.. Error 1: "Retrieving Channels and progran data".... and doesn't show up... Error 2: "even if some channel comes up, within 20seconds gives error..again..

Trying to register with Zito media and app crashes Everytime.
