- Entry mask for specific orders for dispatchers
- Display of orders with type on the map for the dispatcher
- Assignment of orders to vehicles/mobile employees
- Order status in real time
- Proof of work as PDF export
1. Data processing as part of app use
As part of the app, you can enter, manage and edit various information, tasks and activities. This information includes in particular:
- Version of your operating system
- time of access
- location data
- Username
- Password
The app also requires the following permissions:
- Internet access: This is required to save your entries on our servers.
- Location access: this is required for navigating to the destination and for optimal route planning
- Camera access
2. Processing of location data
This app collects location data for the following purposes:
- implementation of navigation to the destination,
- optimal route planning
- Order disposition
- Fleet control via LIVE GPS vehicle tracking
The location data is also processed when the app is closed or not in use.
