I thought I'd at least benefit from the data amount-tracking widget placed on my home screen, but it doesn't automatically update and requires you to enter the app and pull down to refresh..

Here is my experience with Congstar: I signed a contract with a dealer and was doubly deceived regarding the GB amount and the cancellation options. After installing the app, I received a fraudulent SMS asking me to enter my bank details. Since the message was in yellow, I thought it was related to Congstar, but it was a scam. Customer support didn't want to help and seems to support deceitful dealers. Stick with a reputable company, as Congstar is only after quick money.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. The text message sounds like phishing and certainly didn't originally come from congstar. Please get in touch so that we can check which dealer your contract was concluded with.

Good value and customer service. perfect for a summer garden as you can put it on hold. The 200GB limit has started to become a problem tho since we have to keep buying more data so it's stressful to buy it before the data runs out. this month we have 350 which is a surprise - not sure if that's a one off. Recommended for convenience and great customer service on chat.
