Restrictive app from get go. Requires permissions that are ridiculous for phone. Wants location as well and blocks access if location happens to be in another country traveling, in my case USA. Utterly completely useless app from get go. Can't login. This has been the history of problems with the new merger. Considering closing account permanently. In addition, the service has gone downhill in person resulting in another more eager credit union getting my new mortgage.

One UI7 completely broke this app. I could not log into it whatsoever until I learned that I had to disable an option in the developer options called don't keep activities. After I disabled that it works as it used to. They definitely need to rewrite the program for Samsung's modern one UI7 operating system because there is a major conflict.

*update I will give their customer service 5 stars quick and helpful* This app sucks. The first Calgary app worked way better. No notice given that they were going to change apps and we weren't going to be able to get into the old one. Won't let me accept etranfers even though I set up auto deposit. Keeps freezing. Sent 5 e-transfers to the same person cause they kept saying it didn't go through. Then I get 5 texts about a half hr later saying they all went through (autodeposit).
