The App is based on docuTRAK Correspondence & e-Services Management application that is licensed to the organization. docuTRAK transforms the entire business collaboration environment of the organization into One Unified Online Platform.

docuTRAK avoids the complexities of configuring many pre-defined business processes based on specific job positions. It has built-in routing rules based on Organizational Structure and certain organizational job roles such as General Recipients, Shared Nodes, User Groups, Committees, etc.
