About this app

This app reduces the administrative workload for property managers and owners by several minutes for each process. Tenants can report their concerns directly via the app and then easily chat with the property manager. Images and files can be added to reported problems. The property management receives an immediate notification and can forward the process to a tradesman with just a few clicks. The service provider then receives either an email or – if registered as a user – a direct system message with the order request. After accepting the order, he receives all the necessary information and functions for processing (such as contact details, chat with the tenant and images). He can arrange a repair appointment with the tenant directly using the integrated chat function.

The tenant can see the current status of his request transparently at all times. A practical reminder function automatically notifies both tenants and property management to check the problem has been resolved. This means that no processes are left behind in everyday business.

The app therefore offers an efficient solution for everyone involved – tenants, property managers, owners and service providers – to resolve problems quickly and easily.
