Specifications, Features, and Characteristics:

The official eCrew app from AIMS International, is offered free of charge to all crew from all airlines which are powered by the AIMS Airline software.

With great emphasis on speed, data security, and a brand new interface optimized for mobiles and tablets, the eCrew app will greatly speed up the process by which you will review your crew schedule.

Fresh and friendlier UI, in line with commonly used platforms, allowing for easy interaction and navigation.

Technical Specifications:
Minimum OS version 9.

Once downloaded, crew will be requested to enter the necessary details in order to register the device with his/her personal account.

Required info:

- eCrew site
- Crew ID
- Personal Password

Biometric authentication is now available

This eCrew app version is clearly laid out, efficient to use, aesthetically pleasing and includes the most widely used features.

Ratings and reviews

Mediocre at best, but better than New Ecrew. It takes DAYS for changes to your schedule to populate in your phone's calendar and the settings I have in the app for the export to my phone calendar don't seem to matter. It pushes whatever it wants. It's really frustrating to have to go into the phone calendar and delete days off appointments repeatedly throughout the month.

Extremely slow. User interface is pathetic. This app needs a ground up redesign to be made useful. Lots of gimmicky add-ons and the actual information you need is hidden in multiple submenues that take ages to optimize. Update: after months of forced usage it feels like it has gotten worse if that is possible. Frequent logouts, the calendar sync is a waste of code, the offline mode doesnt work. They should be ashamed to be charging companies to use this app

User interface is terrible, layout in illogical. Overall experience is marginally more usable than the new website but that isn't saying much. You have to go through multiple menu pages just to get to a schedule layout almost as usable as the previous website layout, which was far more usable in my opinion. Offline schedule viewing doesn't work at all which is annoying when you want to review your schedule at work, on an airplane..
