eIMH puts the 380+ page USCG IMH content in a super easy to use format on your phone or tablet. More than just a reference tool, eIMH provides working checklists for things such as meeting attendees and agendas to help you facilitate the meetings and stay organized.
Some of the highlighted app features include:

Ratings and reviews

None of the forms download works. Scrolling freezes on pages. Sent support request on homepage. No response. Save your money. Buy the book and download the forms off the coast guard site for free.

So many bugs the app is almost unusable. Recommend having the ICS forms read to PDF at the very least

Half the features are broken and haven't been fixed in over 2 years. It is disgusting that mo ey is being charged for this piece of junk. On top of that, google won't refund. -10 stars
