About this app

ePortrait is a service for taking and sending encrypted passport photos, photographs and portraits.

This app is aimed at employees and partners of ePortrait's business customers. A registration key or ID code is required for use, which you as a user receive from our business customers, provided you are authorized.

Notes for users:

Would you like to send in pictures for your partner company or organization via the ePortrait app?
First install the app on your device. After starting the app, you will be prompted to initialize the app once with the ID code. Also, have your sales partner or employee details ready.
Don't have a valid registration key or ID code? Please contact your organization to get your ID code.

For corporate customers:

ePortrait optimizes the photo processes related to your ID cards: Statutory health insurance companies use ePortrait for the electronic health card, companies for employee ID cards, associations for membership cards and many others.

With the ePortrait app, you can get photos of your customers, employees and others inexpensively, reliably, quickly and in compliance with data protection regulations. Be it after a status check or before the person is entered in your management system.
