About this app

ePurchase is an easy, simple, slick, and handy app that lets you manage and track your RFQs and Quotations on the go having a comprehensive dashboard for suppliers to track their RFQs and Quotations.

Step-by-step instructions for suppliers :

1. Download and install the ePurchase App from the Google Play Store.
2. Signup to create your login ID
3. Login with your login ID and Password.
4. You will see a dashboard showing the complete.
Status of :
a. Total RFQs you have received from all your Buyers.
b. Total RFQs for which you have submitted Quotations.
c. Total RFQs pending for Quotation submission.
5. Click on the tile you want to see more detail e.g. Click on Pending RFQs.
6. You will see a list of pending RFQS.
7. Click on the RFQ for which you want to submit a quotation.
8. Now enter quotation information and click on submit.
9. Your quotation will be submitted to the Buyer and an update email will be sent to the Buyer.
