Department of School Education and Literacy (DoSE&L), Jharkhand aims to create an integrated digital platform called e-Vidyavahini to ensure robust governance of the school and effective service delivery. e-Vidyavahini shall serve as single centralized dynamic platform for monitoring of all key parameters to ensure effective delivery of quality education to all the schools in the state. It shall also serve as a two way communication platform to address issues and grievances of schools, and education officials at multiple levels. e-Vidyavahini shall be developed as a combination of mobile application and a web portal with dashboards and MIS to capture multiple parameters related to school infrastructure, delivery of schemes, learning outcomes, program implementation, academic initiatives, resource management etc.

The app is full of bugs. The attendance doen not get synced most of times. It shows unable to process your request please try after some time, when I try to sync my attendance. The worst part is that despite giving updates the bugs are not being fixed.

In the new version, during submitting attendance of class 11 and 12, select streams are seen but no option is available. This creates problems in submitting attendance. Today I couldn't submit attendance on the 11th and 12th. please solve the issue as soon as possible.

very sorry to say the app was working very efficiently in previous version,,the new version is completely useless because it shows me including others teachers out of school premises since June 2025.
