Ratings and reviews

The app is not always functional, it's slow or just freezes. In terms of using the options, the bank statement is not even showing all transactions, such as anticipated reinburstment of your credit. Also, it's not adding corectly the money that you paid so far on your credit. I'm planning to use it going forward in finishing paying my credit and my phone bill. For other payments, I'd rather not...

I used the app for a while and it was alright but then they suspended my acoount for verifications that can last for up to 5 working days. I haven't used the card in any suspicious way, haven't had any incoming payments. Just received an email that my account was suspended, me being the one that had to call customer service to find out what happened. The card denied some recuring payments and that's why I don't consider this a reliable app for anyone to use anymore.

later edit: tried to reactivate my account but all I got is " oops! we have a technical issue!" . after several attempts and hours same message. well done Orange !! Suddenly it looks like I don't have any account!! I have an account from the beginning, on my card is written " Founder member" but now is all lost. If you try to call for more information is useless because there is no branch for Orange money. I don't know what's happening lately at Orange but definitely is something very wrong.
