For over 4 months now, I have been trying to pay bills with my money in the wallet but it's not going. I've even tried transferring the money to another bank severally but the transaction kept declining. I have messaged the customer care on Whatsapp, even emailed them but no response. The company is truly a weapon fashioned against me. Pure evil

After depositing money to pay my light bills, the app request that I should bind my device with an otp sent to my registered number. I have un-installed and reinstalled the app more than 3 times. No OTP sent o. This is a terrible experience as I can't pay my light bills now.

in the beginning it was awesome, but at the moment they're like CBEX, I deposited money to buy electricity token, it's over 2 weeks now, I couldn't process anything, you can't send money out from the useless app , but you can only receive payment on the app, Big Scam loading.
