Some parts of this app and the subscription are excellent, however, if you're using this to learn music (which I suspect most people will) then I would try something else. This is a music app written by music people for music people. If you're new to it there are some sections of video that just totally confuse you. They obviously haven't user tested the videos fully on total newbies, cos they could be WAY clearer in some areas. There are probably better options for free on YouTube.

Overall, pretty amazing app! It's getting me to learn some of my favourite songs with ease. I hive 4 stars rather then 5 for two reasons. 1. The app has been around for awhile but there's not as many songs as I hoped. I don't know why this is. I assume licence or copyright issues. Or it just takes awhile. 2. Wait mode as an issue. If the song requires you play the same note twice. Wait mode mistakenly thinks you already pressed the note for the second time. When in fact, it's the first

I gave the app a go after someone mentioned they had seen it (but hadnt used it). I had to do 7 day free trial to have access to the songs I wanted to learn because basic is limited. £110 a year is steep considering you can learn for free off YouTube, with exactly the same tutorial videos, sometimes better as there is a person explaining things. Plus, no Hans Zimmer on here? I wouldn't recommend this app unless more access to free content and considerable drop in subscription fees.
