I downloaded and had money deposited into account. Now I can't even login to my account. I've emailed customer service, called customer service just to sit on hold and be hung up on before anyone comes to the phone. I don't know what's going on, feels like they are trying to keep my money. Hope that's not the case. Will re-rate when or if this problem gets resolved.

I downloaded. I opened & sat on the first page for like 5 min, just waiting on it to load. After 5 min, I read reviews. 1st open & it doesn't load? No way I'm trusting my money in a place that many says "don't open at the right times" and I experience the issue the VERY FIRST TIME using it. DEVELOPOPERS, GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD. I think it's a long way from a "banking" app to be "trusted" as you boast!

I signed up and activated my account then transferred money to my account but now get an error message when I try to open the app. I've called customer service and nobody answers them it says goodbye and hangs up. I've wrote support email with no reply for a week. Seems like nobody works there and now my money is stuck there?
