About this game

This interactive training module is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to maintain a safe workplace during the provision of disability and aged care support services. Upon successful completion of this module, you should achieve the following learning outcomes:

○ Is able to identify and assess immediate, arising and new risks relating to the work environment, changed circumstances and client equipment
○ Understands how to check equipment before use for safety
○ Is able to understand and manage client expectations and communicate safety concerns to clients and their families
○ Understands reporting requirements and the role of support workers in escalating safety issues
