I simply cannot log into my account! just get the error message 'oops something went wrong' this is on app and online, can't call customer service as I don't remember my pin! I'm trying to end my contract as I'm due an upgrade and want a different provider, but the live chat button for ID online does NOT work! there's no advice suitable from community hub. so I'm stuck! I can't get out of my current ID contract!!

I’ve only been able to use the app for about a week after I first signed up with iD Mobile a year ago. When the app was updated, it forced me to change my password but was incredibly picky about the requirements. Now I’ve forgotten the password, and the reset feature doesn’t work — I never receive the reset code (and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder).

This app is actually abysmaI have been locked out of my my account for over a monnth while trying to sign in to my account on my new phone, but all it will say is, "Sorry, your details do not match out records, please try again" and I try again same thing, I even uninstalled the app, cleared all data from it but absolutely nothing. And when I try to log in to the website it works completely fine for like a day then it says that my details are wrong, and I wasn't putting them in incorrectly. 0/10
