This app is designed to be a comprehensive solution for quickly and intelligently taking field notes for professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. Powered by OpenAI's APIs and various other APIs, it automatically and instantly records onsite information. Different editions come pre-installed with settings packages tailored to specific disciplines. Users can change their settings package through our website or customise their own.
The settings package for all editions share the following basic features:
1. Customizable Ask AI Menu: The Ask AI menu can be used for asking questions about note contents, including maps, photos, pictures, and audio files, such as asking AI to describe site situations based on a map or a photo. Users can customise the Ask AI menu in the settings.
2. Customisable GPTs: Quickly generate content using AI and insert it into notes.
3. Convert pictures to text.
4. Transcribe and translate audio files to text.
5. Turn shorthand notes into fluent sentences and rewrite them to improve clarity.
6. Use AI to generate note-taking templates automatically.
7. Customizable Tools and Quick Text Menu for inserting information regarding the tools used and frequently used information quickly.
8. Insert saved templates into notes.
9. Insert current location, weather, customized tools, quick text, audio photos, photos, pictures, recordings, audio files, and videos into notes with one click.
10. Display note files on a map based on registered locations for quickly finding note files based on note-taking locations.
