Through this application you can control from your Smartphone the radiators and storage heaters that are compatible with it.

Tried to let go a lot of flaws with this app but it has become unusable. I wish now I'd of gone with a more reputable brand for my heaters. Geolocation is terrible, best electric tried telling me this is a isolated issue but I can't believe that, it works when it wants to. If your phone dies the heating comes on anyway regardless of where you are. My dongle reciever disconnects by its self sometimes so if I'm out there's nothing I can do to control my heaters. This app and heaters are shocking.

This application is terrible. The schedule function doesn't work, the auto mode defaults in 17 degrees and you can't change it. I can't schedule anything to run when I have lower cost energy. I paid extra on my radiators to have this functionality and it is shockingly bad. Will be contacting the sellers for a refund of the difference since the functionality is not as described. When you email the help desk, they just tell you it's on and "working", ignoring your actual query. Avoid!!!

I am trying to set this up on an Android phone. When I get to the AP Smartbox Configuration, it tells me "you are not connected to the corresponding WiFi" - presumable the "you" it is talking about is my phone (though it could mean the iHead dongle), but my phone very definitely is connected to the WiFi network as I can google results on it. I specifically bought this device so that I could control my radiators using an app, and yet it appears to be useless for that purpose.
