iPECS UCE+ is a mobile client App for iPECS system and you need a license for using iPECS UCE+ system.
As an iPECS client device, iPECS UCE+ has access to the various features of the iPECS host.
iPECS UCE+ clients employ Wi-Fi or mobile data network to connect with iPECS UCE+ system for business communication services such as presence, call, and IM.
There are differences in the iPECS UCE+ functions depending on which host system is used, and the function screen may be different as a result.
Basic features of the iPECS host available to iPECS UCE+ include :

This phone app is horrible. I can not answer any phone calls on it. I have spoked to several people in the support department and no one can tell my why. Most of the time I try and make a call it doesn't work. If I am able to make a call I have to log out and log back in to make another call. I wish my company had never switched from RingCentral to Vertical. This app makes it extremely difficult to work from home.

Good app but room for improvement. Very handy to have this application on my mobile to link to my office phone system allowing me to work from home with ease but needs a few tweaks When listening to music and a phone call comes through, it stops the music playing but doesn't resume the music after the call. Would be useful to have a Landscape mode as phone is used in Landscape for video calls but then have to change to portrait mode to use this application

Works but horribly clunky. Opening the app is no problem. But logging out of it is a nightmare. You choose logout and it repeatedly says "please try later". Horrendous, can't forcibly close it haven't tried rebooting my phone to stop it yet.
