태국 방콕공항에서 처음 사용해봤는데 좀 어렵네요. 우선 그랩은 전용 주차장이 1층에 화려하게 있는데 인드라이브는 개인이 해서 그런지 기사마다 주차를 1층과 2층 나뉘어서 하는 바람에 첫차를 놓치고, 두번째 차는 길도 모르면서 무조건 받고는 거기 그돈에 못간다하고, 한시간여 만에 겨우 똘똘한 기사 만나서 호텔로 왔어요.

기사에 대한 패널티가 필요합니다 (대부분 10분이상 기다림) 1) 컨텍을 하고 출발을 하지 않는 차량 2) 차량이 출발지에 오지도 않고 도착했다고 표시하는 차량 3) 다른손님을 태우고 이동중에 완료를 누르고 다음 손님을 컨텍하는 차량 4) 그랩등 다른 어플로 이중으로 손님을 잡고 비싼 그랩쪽을 선택하고는 취소를 누르지도 않는 차량

저렴하고 쉽게 잡힌다해서 설치했는데 3번증 2번이나 추가 요금 요청을 받음. 이거 해결 못하면 절대 볼트나 그랩으로부터 점유율 못 가져온다.
