I can't even begin to describe how bad these UI changes are. The app and platform are just completely unusable. The entire point of their service is to find teachers and take lessons, but you can't even do that anymore. Good luck searching and finding any teachers, and have fun trying to get into the classroom, assuming it even works! Now it's all AI chatbot and begging you to give them more money for their AI features. If I wanted AI to teach me, I wouldn't be here! What a shame.

The new UI is terrible. I just want to schedule lessons with my teacher, but they've moved that off the main page in favor of an AI chat and promotional announcements. They've also added a new fish thing that I don't want and can't disable. I was a completely satisfied user. All they had to do was keep the platform up and running. Unfortunately, with this new direction I'm very dissatisfied and will start looking for a new app.

Not a great sign up process for new users in the app. The password field is limited to 20 characters (very odd choice, that is unreasonably low), but when you choose to sign up with a Google account, set a password using my password manager, then tap Continue nothing happens. No explanation that the secure randomized password I entered is too long, nothing. I may as well have not even pressed 'Continue'. I'll reinstall when the sign up process actually works.
