I think that it's one of the most unfriendly user apps and companies. I downloaded their apps and all of them had issues.When I tried to communicate with call center agents, it was impossible to find one.Their answer was that they have a lot of work to manage:/ And when I raised an email with tickets of a concert, I couldn't just connect to my account in order to download the ticket .. I should communicate with their support team(5 hours later) and after that they'll resend me the email. CRAZY!

The app looks good and functional on first look, but I did not manage to find a way to login to my account. The main reason I downloaded the app was to have my tickets on my phone, without that functionality the website is better and there is no reason to have an app just stick to a mobile friendly website. If the functionality is there but I missed it I am sorry, I will modify my review.

A very primal application, which is slow and frequently gets frozen. Registered users can't sign in to their accounts, as simply there is no such feature to facilitate that.
