Worst app ever! Recharged with Rs1500. The amount was deducted from my bank account but it was not updated in this Mybijulee app prepaid account inspite of showing successful transaction in the payment confirmation page. The balance amount is same as before. The amount is neither credited to my bank account. I raised a complaint through the app but no response. Not a single number of apdcl is working. Hopeless app.

My বিজুলী Bill is some extent good but there is something hidden secret that the Metre runs very fast for which we have to pay more money than previous. If the metre is perfect , we don't know. Another thing is that the customer should have to get at lest 10 days as extended time to pay their dues. Thanks. Metre rent is more higher than the previous.

Worst app I've ever seen....trying for 2 hours to recharge and trying with email ...again again it crashes and failed to recharge with 2 different bank accounts.....tried with another mobile still its not working....now who is going to solve the electricity problem in my house.....insane illiterate steps taken by aseb and government.... 25th may...but still facing problem in registering mobile number this app is crashing for 2 days... now I am no able to login to the app and can't recharge....
