I can no longer sign into the app. Last week, my credentials disappeared. When I tried to reset them I failed, because the keyboard wouldn't pop up. I can now get in, but the app won't close like all the other apps. I have to use my Recents menu to close it. I wonder why they've let the app be so bad for so long. It doesn't even feel like a beta version. More like and alpha version that shouldn't have been released to the masses.

Cannot resetvmy password in the app... perhaps do not FORCE users to nake a password that your company is ok with and allow users to do so without "required" "special" characters and many won't need to reset their passwords in the first place. Yes I know it's about "security" the reasons for "required special" characters but it certainly is NOT convenient when I can't change the password and once again as almost always I have to pay my bill with the one time pay option outside of my account.

I tried to enroll, so I could us the app. I press the first information field, and there is no connect for the phoe to prompt my keyboard. This is a technical issue apparently. I have no problem with the Electric Company's phone app. I hope CUD can correct their issue with their android app. I would love to use the app for payments.
