I can't even pay haha, the app is set up in such a way that the "submit payment" button sits right on top of my home screen/back/tab buttons (samsung galaxy s23). There is no way for me to pay without either kicking myself out of the app, or switching to auto-payment which isn't convenient or really possible for me. Optimize the app for all phones!

I swear this app is just in place to keep me from wanting to pay on my loan. Between having to log in every time I open the app just to get redirected to my email, which codes out the original session and forcing me to use my pc to log-on anyway, the guessing game of whether or not payments are actually going through; I'd just recommend using your computer through their browser, much simpler than this app that should be in place for convenience. I want to clarify, good company, bad app.

"Makes things Easy", well I've been stuck with 2 accounts both logged with my email. Every time I go to log in I have to retry like 3 times because if I don't log in "right" my loans don't pop up even after putting in my information. So I have to log out and reload in hoping it connects to the magical second account connected to my information where the app proceeds to crash or freeze, won't let me scroll to the submit payment line or button buttons. Techsupport no help said it was my issue
