About this app

myESP is the mobile application of ESP, which is used by Endeavor's network of trained and certified field engineers across North America. This mobile application, through its array of features, supports Endeavor's field engineers to deploy thousands of installations and repairs each day, including wiring and installation of customer premise equipment for commercial and residential voice, data, video, security, and automation solutions as well as point-of-sale (POS) equipment, digital signage, and commonly used network devices.

By leveraging process automation, and intelligently connecting with ESP, this mobile application facilitates improvement in the field engineer experience, and enhancement of overall solution delivery.

With this application, Endeavor field engineers will be able to access their service requests on their mobile devices, integrate schedules into their calendar, and submit site deliverables, apart from requesting a call-back from Endeavor's Technical Access Center.

Updated - Ever since the company was purchased, using the search feature has gone from mostly functional to "I can't find jobs because the search function does not work". Be it on Wi-Fi, cellular, broadband the amount of time for searches to complete is too long, when it does work. 50% of the time it's two minutes to receive an operation timed out or internal server error. It would be more, but one error and I'm done with it for the entire day at this point. I'm not being paid for testing time.

Great app to streamline the process it takes to complete these service calls. I've been running these calls for almost a decade and the process to complete and close a job is in many ways better and much more mobile, but could be more organized on how it relays information to the representative. They need to really be paying attention to details on materials used, or you could be sure to mention it in closing (If they call) or you'll be needing to be sure to pay attention to the invoice.

I hate it. I have lots of issues with the number one issue is that this app drains the hell out of my battery every time I install it and leave it sitting there between jobs. I've even uninstalled it between jobs because of this As soon as I reinstall it, I start having trouble keeping a charge on my battery.
