Very disappointed in the way you can't change a phone number. Plus if you call service you can't get the help you need. I understand they are trying to protect you but that's making harder for a senior. As much as I like paying my payment online I will be going back to paying by check.

doesn't work anymore. says it doesn't recognize me but password is correct/fingerprint

Not user friendly. The interface does not provide step by step directions. Some passwords reach requirements but will still not be admitted even though the app says its good.
