I purchased a data package on this app, paying using the QRIS method they provide themselves, the transaction failed to be confirmed via SMS and the SMS said the funds had been returned to QRIS, but no funds were received, no balance was returned. The bank balance where I paid was still deducted and the status was successful. CSO was very slow to respond. SF should be the one looking for a solution. Very annoying, a waste of time. I will stop being a user this provider. DISAPPOINTED ☹️

worse experience ever, never evert to try if you're a tourist in Indonesia. bad network and continous regret since the internet will not work and you still have balance. Huge language barrier and waste of time and money. Additionally the customer Service is terribly and difficult to reach and communicate with. run away and never look back

The app itself is... good. What I came here to rant about is the signal. Raining? Poor signal. Cloudy? Poor signal. Clear skies? Poor signal. What I'm trying to imply here is that the connection sucked and it's barely loading a 1440p resolution video. It's also bad when playing video games most of the time. I like my ping 45-65 please. BUT they gave me 500 instead.
