Ratings and reviews

Until now, the App was quite good. You could see the battery status, range, you could lock and unlock the scooter, even start it, etc. Now it's basically a Scam, only works with paid subscription. Neither the website nor our Swiss dealer mentions that the App only works with a monthly paid subscription. With no information during the purchase of the scooter and the 1st year, making it a paid service out of the blue. I think this is even illegal according to Swiss and EU law / regulations.

Very good app. I like the fact that you can turn off and on the alarm and you get notifications when the alarm is triggered. My suggested feature would be to have a "Set max charge level" feature from the app were it would stop charging if you set it to stop at a certain %. BUG: Not sure if this was intended but my trip history stays splitting up the trip. So if I do one trip and I go on the trip history I would get that trip split into multiple segments. I think it's a bug.

Previously, I had been a big fan of the Silence scooter and app. Not everything worked, but some great features always did. The newest move to make the functionality subscription-based, however, is a true insult. Not only had this NOT been communicated before (especially when buying the scooter), but the functionality was mentioned online as an explicit bonus for buying the premium version of the bike (S01+)! I want to use the rating to protest against this unethical, maybe even illegal conduct.
