We are shaping the network of tomorrow.
Electricity generation and consumption rarely occur in the same place, which is why network operators like naturenergie netze GmbH are needed: We provide the necessary infrastructure. Our network area in southern Baden covers the region south of Freiburg to the High Rhine in the west and extends north of Villingen-Schwenningen to Lake Constance in the east.
Every day we take care of the security of supply for our network customers and the integration of thousands of decentralized feed-in systems. When expanding the network for the “energy world of the future”, climate neutrality and environmental protection around high-voltage systems and secondary technology are very important. Our customer center is available to answer network questions (e.g. meter service).
Around 350 employees ensure a secure power supply for the 275,000 network customers and the integration of the 30,000 decentralized feed-in systems. naturenergie netze is a partner of municipalities and supports them with network-related services such as operational management of the water supply or street lighting in your municipality. naturenergie netze GmbH is part of the Energiedienst Holding AG group of companies.
Using the naturenergie-netze app you can:
- Report your meter reading, simply and easily using your smartphone camera
- report a power outage
- Find the right contact person for your concerns
The app provides information about:
- Construction sites and diversions
- Our services
- For connecting feed-in systems to the power grid
- Modern measuring devices, measuring systems and electricity meters
- Information about lines via the Regiodata planning service
- Direct contact options
