Is anyone maintaining this? It would be awesome if it always worked. When trying to create a new ticket, sometimes it gives an error saying you can't leave a field blank and it's not blank. Any tips would be appreciated.

Update 8/29/22 Logs in now but stuck at the main page with no tickets listed Unable to get this to work. The demo works but when I log into my site a red error pops up with nothing in it. If I type the wrong password it says access denied so not sure what the issue is.

Needs a post reply as internal note option and the ability to update assigned user/department. Unable to purchase to remove ads. Need to be able to customize color scheme as internal/email replies and normal replies all look the same.
