I had a very disappointing experience with the OTTplay app. They took advance payment of Rs.2999/- promising access to my favourite channels, but later withdrew those at their own choice without any prior intimation to me. When a customer pays in advance, there is a reasonable expectation that the promised service will be delivered for the full subscription period. Arbitrarily changing or removing channels without notice shows a lack of transparency & respect for customers.

I am a premium member with one year subscription. 1. They don't provide access to platforms that they have added after you take subscription, moreover they show a tab to upgrade but it won't work. I am devoid to watch Jio Hotstar. 2. They have a tab as live channels, it is total fraud. A lot of advertisements in every channel. Better if you install separate applications. They have done no integration rather grouped some applications that open at their own.

App asks for auto renewal and you will definitely forget that you have enabled this. Even amazon does the same but if you don't want Amazon's services immediately after getting the message that amount is debited, your money will be refunded. Here, OTT play just takes your money. This is a new method to con people. This is not about how much it is - but taking control away from User. these are app specific policies designed by them for themselves, not for user friendliness but to Trap users
