It's ok, but much worse compared to the Migros app. Setup had multiple errors. Payment is confusing, can't pay in the app but you are asked to scan "the" digital code. Both I and an employee didn't know what that meant until we figured out, I had to scan at a cashing station. Why? I already checked in at the beginning. Much smoother at Migros.

There's no way to retry after sending the cart to the cashier, as it disappears immediately. I've now had 4 cases (coop langnau am Albis, coop adliswil) where the unfamiliar cashier or IT problem messes it up, loses the list of items, and I end up having to unpack everything and rescanning all items. Frustrating and time consuming, and everyone behind me in the line looks at me like I'm a murderer! Stopped using the app, unpacking+repacking happens about once out of 3 attempts

Hello, since Monday there is a completely new update for the passabene App. Many issues have been resolved. We are already working on further improvements, suggestions can be sent to us via the customer service. Have fun using the new app. We would be pleased about a new feedback.

Works ok, but one major problem: increasing the amount of a scanned item is not currently possible. Once this is resolved, the app will work as expected. To get 5 stars, checkout directly in the app (via credit card) should be possible and activated coupons should be taken into account. Also, why is this a separate app and not included in the regular coop app?
