pixometer team makes it easy for all companies to read meter readings (electricity, gas, water, heat).
The mobile solution consists of two components: a scheduling portal for office staff and a meter reading app for meter readers. To use this overall solution, you need an account, which you can apply for by sending an email to info@pixolus.de
Dispatchers only need a browser to operate the web portal, meter readers only need a smartphone or tablet to use the app. In the scheduling portal, readers' access authorizations to the meter reading app can be changed simply by adding or deleting their e-mail addresses. In addition, users can import meter reading lists here and easily assign their respective orders to meter readers with just a few clicks.
The meter reading app clearly shows meter readers their orders. The integrated barcode scanner ensures correct meter allocation. The meter reading itself is automatically read out using image recognition and checked for plausibility based on the available minimum and maximum values. Meter readers can also reject meter reading orders and record the corresponding reasons and enter information on the meter location in a free text field. These notes are transferred to the database and displayed for future readings. Unknown meters can also be recreated and recorded on site.
The respective meter reading, the associated photo of the receipt and the date of the reading are transferred to the scheduling portal. Once all meter reading orders have been carried out, dispatchers can forward all recorded values directly to downstream systems.

• Up-to-date processes: The processes are largely automated and limited to a minimum of clicks and actions.
• Correct recording: Meters are assigned correctly by barcode, meter readings are automatically digitized with the tried-and-tested image recognition from pixolus. This avoids errors in assignment and input.
• High level of transparency: If there is an Internet connection, the recorded data is automatically synchronized with the dispatching portal and is immediately visible to the dispatcher there. The dashboard shows the current reading status in a compact form. All details, including meter receipt photos, are available at all times. In this way, cases of doubt can be clarified quickly.
• Absolutely secure: Of course, pixometer meets the high requirements for data security. pixometer stores data securely and in accordance with data protection regulations on the servers of a certified provider based in Germany.
