raPin is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, which is an integrated, cloud-based business administration management system that has been customized for Growing Businesses. raPin supports various types of businesses, such as: trading, manufacturing, F&B, online stores, services, and others.

Use raPin for FREE, and enjoy its comprehensive features, which include the following modules:
* POS, which functions as cash register that can also take orders. You can print invoices, or shared them online via email, WhatsApp and others.
* Order, which manages order queue, and order processing for waiters and kitchens on F&B businesses; or production division on manufacturing businesses; or packaging/dispatch division on trading businesses.
* Inventory, a module that manages Raw Materials, Work In Process, and Finished Goods inventory, with detail movements in quantity and value. You can choose FIFO, moving average, or LIFO flow options. Production process can be done manually for dynamic situations, or automatically using Formula for stable situations.
* Cash and Bank/eWallet, which manages money in and outflows. Their detail movements can be reconciled with bank statements/eWallet operators.
* Receivables and Payables, to monitor balance and movement, for scheduling settlements.
* Journal, which is an optional manual journal module for those who require more detailed data input.
* Accounting, to produce balance sheet and profit/loss statement on custom periods.
* Business analytics, which analyse business activities for internal review or decision making basis. The analysis includes trend and ranking of product performance or customer activity dynamics, salesmen achievement recap, and others.

» Data upload option, for simultaneous bulk of data input.
» Multi-user with customized authorization*. Admin users can create additional user accounts and control their accesses.
» Multi-branch in one account*. Users can manage branch activities independently; yet also, transfer products/cash between branches, and easily consolidate all branches’ activities into one.
