About this app

seascape GCS is the control station application to manage TechAdVision's autonomous boats for professional surveying and SAR services.

The application offers full control for manual and automatic steering of the boat. Manual control is offered using an on-screen virtual joystick. Use of game controllers is also fully supported. For autonomous missions, the application gives you full insight into the boat's performance through visual and audible status information.

For professional surveying and plotting of depth maps, the application has built-in planning tools, automatic plotting of maps, automatic tilt compensation for waves and automatic level regulation for surveys carried out with different water levels. Surveys with associated data can be easily shared from the application's database as csv files to other preferred bathymetry tools. The sonar's screen is displayed as part of the application's workspace.

For SAR search-related services, the application gives you control over which part of the bottom is surveyed at any given time. With support for highlighting and sharing findings that support staff can physically examine.

The application is sold as part of a system solution together with autonomous boats from TechAdVision.com. Full training and support are part of the delivery.
