I installed the app, registered then I proceeded to use the "Dynamic Account" method to fund my wallet but it keeps saying something went wrong despite the amount I try. I tried paying with my card as well but it says they couldn't generate token. Maybe they're expecting me to submit my BVN which is never going to happen. Finally, I proceeded to see if its about account upgrade so I tried but it the "Upgrade Account" button won't even click lmao. The reviews I'm seeing here are quite ridiculous.

I'm giving Smartspeedtelecom 3 stars. Although it's my go-to data subscription app, I recently encountered a hiccup while funding my account. The issue occurred when I made a payment, and it took longer than usual to reflect. The customer care team quickly explained that the delay was due to Wema Bank's service. To enhance the user experience, I recommend adding more automated bank options beyond Wema Bank. This would improve the app's convenience and reliability.Despite these issues, I ❣️ d app

This app is really a disaster, trying to log into my account since 5days ago, and I have not been able to enter, after which I have transfered funds into it, and if there is issue with the login credential the app suppose to let me know, but it keeps rolling without any info, you really need to look into this or you tell people that it's a scam, what if I want to load for a customer, I am confused 😕
