I understand that some companies find ways to take money from customers, but not in such a cheap and disappointing way. I was charged 200 Qatari Riyals because they only offer 3 fixed packages. Then, after a while, my balance suddenly disappeared! When I contacted them, they said the balance expires after 90 days?! Seriously?! So basically, they just take the money and put it in their pocket. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

I usually ride from home to the gym for 8-10 minutes. It used to cost me around 4-5 qar .. i suddenly started to notice that I've been charged 10-12 qar for the same ride. When i asked, they said we raised the prices! Well, you can't make people fill their app wallet for a minimum of 150, thinking that it's 0.5 per min, then you raise it to the double! This is a scam!

This is not customer friendly..the entire system is corrupt. The vehicle I opted for was not working and my account was charged. Same time I had reported along with photo.the customer care is very much delay. the vehicle didnot move and it got stopped...even after reporting they don't care!!! Not advisable..and if you are not a Qatar resident...they won't even bother to refund your amount. Because you can't do anything...such a waste of money and time!!!!!!
