Overall, it's a fun addictive game. The controls aren't great and smaller worms have a clear advantage. Sometimes, the winner is someone who is clearly not the one with the advantage. I've had people hit my side, not head, and for some reason, I'm the one who died. Not sure why even bother having ads... there really isn't much incentive to earning coins, so it's quicker to quit the game and restart than wait out the ad. You can't even create your own design, so who cares about earning coins?

Update (July 3, 2025): This game used to be fun to play, and you always played within your region. Clearly they integrated all the servers so you're playing with everyone across the globe. Fun in theory, but now there's an awful lag if you're playing on your phone (like I imagine most people are) rather than the site. No more high scores for me. Sucks since I've been playing this game for at least 5 years, but I guess it's time to find a new game 🤷

I used to love this game until it became unplayable. If I can even open the app, it lags within the first few minutes. My worm freezes, other worms eat it, and game over. It sucks because I love the simplicity of this game and lack of ads. If they could fix the lag issue, I'd definitely give it 5 stars. I'm slowly losing hope, though, because this has been going on for many months with no sign of change.
