I had a Superman outfit from Batman v Superman. I had it for years. I noticed that the snapchat 3d emoji didn't have it on, so I changed the 3d emoji. Without asking, it changed the 2d bitmoji to match and wouldn't let me switch back to my Superman costume because they said it was no longer available. Very disappointing. I even emailed them to ask for help, and they said it wasn't possible to use the outfit that I had just used. They didn't even try to help. I used to use bitmoji often. No more

I just updated the app and find that my character I've using since Bit strips has completely changed and looks nothing like my previous character that I've become very attached to. I don't identify with the new version. It is extremely disappointing that I cannot get it back. It's been over 10 years. At least give the option of one or another, or a warning. I cannot believe it! What a fail! 😭 Just going to use regular emojis. Uninstalling until you bring classic back!

The new art style is a massive mistake. Everyone hates it and it looks horrible. We never needed more realism or 3D art, we needed more sticker options. A wider range of reactions and emotions. Changing your art style is both a waste of your resources and driving everyone away from using it. Please revert to the previous drawn style so we can use it again without cringing.
