The APP has two major flaws. Firstly, Top Up from Credit Cards has a levy of 3% which is pretty expensive. Compared to PayME & Alipay, there is no such fee for HK$5000 limit. Secondly, the global remittance fee is set too high and non-uniform. For some countries there is no service or handling fee while other countries have service charges - these should be included in the exchange rate spreads and free of other fees.
