Ratings and reviews

Creating an account is impossible. I have to create a password and the system indicates that it is strong. So I click next to move on and enter other information. When I finally get to the end where I have to create account it then tells me my password does meet the requirements. It should tell me that when I'm creating the password...not at the end after filling in all that information which gets deleted and has to be re-entered when I attempt to go back fix the password.So no pizza for me

The ux is reasonably efficient and easy to use. Some of the other apps for competitors are certainly more intuitive than faster. During busy times the app is very slow and often does not send orders.

I've used this app a lot and in some ways it's convenient, although it would be cool if club 11-11 points actually accumulated and were usable, and if it would save your delivery instructions for next time. But now it won't let me enter delivery instructions at all (the text box is there, but can't be interacted with), so I guess I'm not ordering pizza.
